Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across various departments, adjusting methods and practices to reflect differing patient needs and departmental goals.
- Participate in cross-functional medical teams to discuss continuing patient care plans and improvements in hospital services.
- Maintain high levels of patient care and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services.
- Facilitate patient communication and educate them regarding treatment plans.
