This position involves providing top-tier medical and surgical care to patients with neurological disorders, including stroke, brain injuries, and spinal disorders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of compassionate, efficient, and effective nursing care tailored to the specific needs of our neurology patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, monitor neurological vitals, and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, surgical procedures, and recovery processes.
- Assist in surgical procedures and provide post-operative care and monitoring.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Participate in continuous education to improve patient outcomes and healthcare services.
