Job Description
REACH Medical Holdings seeks an Emergency Response Paramedic to deliver advanced life support during emergency and interfacility air medical transports. In this mission-critical role, you'll assess, stabilize, and provide critical care to seriously ill or injured patients aboard helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. Working closely with flight nurses, pilots, hospitals, EMS, and public safety partners, you'll operate advanced clinical tools in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Responsibilities
- Provide advanced life support care during emergency and interfacility transports
- Assess, stabilize, and monitor critically ill or injured patients in air medical environments
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocols and physician direction
- Collaborate closely with flight nurses, pilots, and ground teams to ensure safe, efficient missions
- Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment used in helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with hospitals, EMS, and public safety agencies during missions
- Participate in ongoing training, simulations, and clinical skills development
- Follow strict safety, aviation, and infection-control protocols at all times
- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain readiness of medical gear and supplies
