Job Description
PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care for our patients on the 3p-11p shift. In this role, you will assist with activities of daily living, measure and record vital signs, support mobility and transfers, and ensure a clean, safe environment. You will observe and report changes in patient condition, follow care plans, and collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and families. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Measure, record, and report vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning
- Maintain patient comfort, hygiene, and a clean, safe environment
- Follow individualized care plans under the direction of licensed nurses
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff
- Support rehabilitation and restorative care activities as directed
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families to support care goals
- Uphold infection control, safety, and patient dignity standards
