Trusted Health is seeking a mission-driven Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while leveraging our tech-forward staffing platform. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide patient and family education across diverse care settings. You'll use digital tools to manage assignments, optimize scheduling, and streamline documentation, while contributing feedback to improve clinician workflows. Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, and document in EHR systems
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and escalate concerns promptly
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards in all clinical activities
- Use Trusted Health's digital tools to manage schedules, assignments, and communication
- Participate in continuous learning, feedback loops, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support a culture of transparency, inclusion, and collaborative problem-solving
- Advocate for patients and contribute ideas to improve clinician experience and staffing models
