REGISTERED NURSE

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced ER RN to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency department. In this role, you will perform rapid assessment and triage, administer medications and IV therapies, interpret vital signs and EKGs, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans while documenting thoroughly in the EMR. Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based nursing care to ER patients across the lifespan
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions per provider orders and protocols
• Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Operate and troubleshoot ER equipment, including monitors, pumps, and EKGs
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the ERPrecept and mentor newer staff as needed, modeling best practices and teamwork
