You've built the skills. We'll help you build the equity.
Most vascular surgery jobs sell you a salary. We're selling you a stake.
We're a private, physician-owned vascular practice looking for a board-certified (or board-eligible) vascular surgeon who's done being a cog in a hospital system's productivity machine and is ready to own something. If you're the surgeon who already knows your case volume could be higher, your say in how the practice runs could be greater, and your upside should be uncapped keep reading.
What makes this differentA real partnership track, not a decade-long audition. Eligible partners reach equity status in as little as 1 2 years well ahead of the 3 5 year (often 5 7 year) norm at most groups. You'll see the practice's financials, sit in on strategic decisions, and have a real vote before you're a partner not just after.
Compensation built to reward volume, not punish it. Base salary with an uncapped production bonus will bring your total compensation at full productivity to $650,000 $800,000+, putting you ahead of Bay Area vascular surgeon pay without the Bay Area cost of living. No soft ceiling: the more complex cases you take on, the more you make.
Case volume and complexity that keeps you sharp. High-acuity referral base including complex EVAR/TEVAR, dialysis access, limb salvage, and venous work not a schedule padded with routine consults to hit numbers.
A CME and professional development allowance that scales as you take on more responsibility because we want you leading in this specialty, not just practicing in it.
Leadership that's actually available to you. As a partner, you'll have a direct hand in hiring, service line growth, and potentially opening or leading a new site this isn't a ladder with one rung.
What we need from youDedicated OR and ASC block time, an experienced surgical team, and administrative staff who handle the billing and scheduling grind so you're not doing paperwork instead of surgery. Modern imaging and endovascular suites. A call schedule built for sustainability, shared fairly across a full partner group not stretched thin to cover gaps.
If you've been waiting for a practice that treats you like a future owner from day one, let's talk.
