Practice

• Outpatient position
• See 18+ patients a day from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Must have provider experience seeing patients of all ages
• Salary $110-$130K based on experience and healthcare benefits
• 401k with 6% match
• Life insurance, PTO
• $15,000 Sign on and up to $ 15 ,000 relocation
