What You ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists to manage the care of critically ill newborns
  • Work evening shifts, sharing responsibilities during deliveries and NICU rounds
  • Support in-house coverage at Level II nurseries with daily rounds and emergency availability
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team efforts to improve neonatal outcomes
  • Follow established protocols and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development activities
What You Need
Required:
  • Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
  • 2+ years of NNP experience preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
  • Experience in high-acuity NICUs
  • Knowledge of neonatal protocols and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
