Charlie Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality virtual IOP and PHP-level care to teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you will deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. You'll document clinical services, participate in case consultation, and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy via secure virtual platforms for teens, young adults, and families enrolled in intensive outpatient programs.
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches) tailored to client needs and goals.
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments, develop and update safety plans, and respond promptly to crises in accordance with clinical and organizational protocols.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge or transition summaries in the EHR.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate and optimize client care.
- Engage and support families and caregivers, when appropriate and consented, to reinforce treatment goals and improve treatment adherence.
- Participate in regular clinical consultations, supervision, and team meetings to share insights, review cases, and support continuous quality improvement.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards related to professional practice, confidentiality, and telehealth delivery of services.
