Job Description
Paradigm Oral Surgery is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day practice operations across a high-growth oral and maxillofacial surgery group. In this clinician-led, patient-focused environment, you'll optimize schedules, oversee staff workflows, and support surgeons to ensure smooth, efficient clinics and an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, budgeting support, KPI reporting, and ensuring compliance with clinical, safety, and privacy standards. You'll partner closely with surgeons, practice leaders, and support teams, leveraging modern technology, training, and best practices to scale quality surgical care and support ongoing growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of oral surgery practices to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service
- Optimize provider and staff scheduling, clinic workflows, and resource allocation
- Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and drive performance improvements
- Support budgeting and financial performance, including expense control and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA)
- Lead, coach, and support frontline administrative and clinical support staff
- Partner with surgeons and practice leaders to align operations with clinical goals
- Implement process improvements leveraging technology, training, and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and equipment needs
- Support integration and onboarding of new providers, locations, and teams
