Virtual Speech Language Pathologist

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to deliver remote therapy services to pediatric and school-based populations nationwide. In this role, you'll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide engaging teletherapy sessions while documenting progress and collaborating with educators, families, and clinical teams. Responsibilities

• Provide virtual speech and language evaluations for pediatric and school-based clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions using secure online platforms
• Document sessions, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with clinical and school requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state licensure regulations, and organizational policies
• Adapt therapy materials and strategies for remote delivery and diverse learner needs
