Job Description
Providence Health and Services seeks an RN Manager to lead a compassionate, mission-driven nursing team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations on assigned unit or service line
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule RN and clinical staff
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality, and satisfaction
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians and allied health teams
- Implement clinical policies, regulatory standards, and best practices
- Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and budget compliance
- Support staff education, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Drive quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
- Champion Providence's mission, values, and culturally responsive care
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic and operational goals
