RET Physical Therapy and Healthcare Specialists seeks a Medical professional to support our outpatient rehabilitation clinics across the Puget Sound region. In this patient-centered role, you will assist therapists with clinical tasks, coordinate patient flow, update electronic records, and reinforce home exercise and treatment instructions. You'll collaborate closely with physical and occupational therapists to ensure safe, efficient, evidence-based care. Responsibilities

• Support outpatient rehabilitation clinics with day-to-day medical and administrative tasks
• Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient preparation and treatment setup
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling to ensure efficient clinic operations
• Maintain and update accurate electronic health records and documentation
• Reinforce therapist-directed home exercise programs and treatment instructions
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during clinic visits
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and therapy equipment
• Follow evidence-based protocols and clinic policies to support quality care
• Collaborate with team members in a patient-centered, therapist-led environment
