Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician

Alumni Healthcare Staffing seeks a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients in Tohatchi, NM. In this role, you will manage acute and chronic conditions, perform routine exams and preventive care, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will document thoroughly in the EMR, follow evidence-based guidelines, and support quality and patient-safety initiatives. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult and/or family populations
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe and manage medications according to evidence-based guidelines
• Coordinate care and referrals with specialists and ancillary services
• Document all encounters accurately and timely in the EMRParticipate in quality improvement, patient safety, and population health initiatives
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
• Collaborate with nursing, ancillary staff, and leadership to optimize clinical operations
