Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions by conducting physicals and monitoring vital signs
- Administer medications, manage pain, and support other treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists to plan and coordinate care
- Educate patients and families about management of illnesses and injury recovery
- Document patients' progress and communicate findings to other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
