Responsibilities
- Deliver direct bedside nursing care under RN/physician supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocol
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and responses to care in EMRAssist with admissions, discharges, and patient education
- Support wound care, specimen collection, and basic diagnostic preparation
- Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to execute care plans
- Provide compassionate, faith-aligned support to patients and families
- Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
