Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Accurately document care in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge plans
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Support hospital and health system staffing needs as assigned
