CT Tech

Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a skilled CT Tech to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services for partner hospitals and medical facilities. In this role, you will perform CT exams following physician orders and established protocols, ensure accurate patient identification and history, and prioritize safety through radiation protection and infection control practices. You will position patients, operate CT scanners and related systems, administer IV contrast as authorized, and monitor patients throughout procedures. The CT Tech collaborates closely with radiologists and clinical teams, documents exams in EMR/PACS systems, and supports compassionate, efficient patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans according to physician orders and imaging protocols
• Verify patient identity, obtain history, and explain procedures to patients
• Position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Administer IV contrast safely and monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control policies
• Document exams and patient information accurately in EMR/PACS systems
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and care teams to support patient care
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment and report issues promptly
• Follow all hospital, regulatory, and Health Advocates Network compliance standards
