Legacy Health is seeking an RN for our Resource Team to provide high-quality, flexible nursing support across multiple hospital units. In this role, you will deliver direct bedside care, perform assessments, administer medications, and manage complex patients while floating to areas of greatest need. You'll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, document care in the EHR, and uphold patient safety and infection-control standards. Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside care across multiple inpatient units as staffing needs change
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care coordination
- Use EHR systems for accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge plans, and self-care
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards and protocols
- Adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and patient populations
