Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Rula Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote, insurance-based psychotherapy to adults via secure telehealth. As an independent clinician, you'll complete biopsychosocial assessments, formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy. You'll document in our EHR, coordinate care with other providers, and conduct timely risk and safety assessments. Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to adult clients using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses
• Develop, implement, and regularly update collaborative, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the EHRPerform risk assessments, safety planning, and appropriate crisis interventions
• Coordinate care and communicate with primary care, psychiatry, and other providers as needed
• Follow ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements for remote behavioral health
• Leverage Rula's technology and workflows to manage caseload and scheduling efficiently
• Participate in case consultation, training, or quality initiatives as requested
• Contribute to Rula's mission of expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare
