Job Description
Deaconess Kentucky Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established Jennie Stuart Family Medicine practice located at the Burley at Griffin Gate property in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

This position is ideal for a new graduate or experienced physician looking for a collaborative team environment, strong clinical support, plus strong support and true work-life balance with a 4.5-day work week and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients in a welcoming Kentucky community.
Practice Highlights:
- Established practice with 1 DO and a current patient panel of approximately 2,200
- Current provider averaging approximately 6,000 wRVUs annually
- High-volume practice averaging patients per day
- Fully staffed with 2 MAs and front desk support
- Dedicated Practice Manager and strong clinic resources
- Very flexible scheduling options, including 15/30-minute, or 20/40-minute appointment templates
- Convenient location with easy access for patients
Compensation & Benefits
- $260,000 guaranteed salary (12 months) + opportunity for productivity bonus
- Competitive sign-on bonus: $50,000 for a 5-year commitment or $36,000 for a 3-year commitment
- Residency stipend: $2,000/month
- 5 weeks of paid vacation
- 1 week of CME
- $3,500 annual CME/professional allowance
