Job Description

Ro Health is seeking dedicated BT/RBT professionals to provide 1:1 behavioral support to children and adolescents across school, clinic, and community settings. As part of our mission-driven, collaborative team, you will implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans under BCBA supervision, collect accurate data, and communicate progress to families and educators. Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to children in school, clinic, or community settings under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect and document accurate session data and progress notes in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and clinical teams to support consistent strategies
  • Maintain professional, ethical conduct and protect client confidentiality
  • Participate in ongoing training, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Support generalization of skills across environments and caregivers
  • Assist with behavior de-escalation and crisis prevention following protocols
