Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings nationwide
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
• Document encounters accurately and maintain thorough, compliant medical records
• Adapt quickly to new facilities, workflows, and EMR systems as a locum or traveler
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and facility staff
• Follow all clinical, regulatory, and payer standards to ensure safe, compliant practice
• Participate in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives as requested
• Work with RCM recruiters and account managers to align assignments with clinical expertise
