Job Description
Ro Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across schools and healthcare facilities. In this role, you will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive health outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within LPN/RN scope, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Document care accurately in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with school staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health conditions and care instructions
- Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times
- Participate in orientation to new sites and adapt to varied school and facility settings
- Communicate regularly with Ro Health coordinators to ensure reliable staffing and continuity of care
