Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Education
· H.S. Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Experience
· 2 Years Front or back office experience in a clinic setting (Required)
· 1 year lead role experience (Highly Preferred)
· 2 year Surgery Scheduler experience (Highly Preferred)
· Knowledge of front and back-office duties (Highly Preferred)
· Specialty Clinic experience (Preferred)
What You Will Do
· Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation.
· Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
· Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic.
· Coordinate general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.
· Assist the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
· Assist the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.
· Assist the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
· Provide direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
