LifeStance Health seeks Adult or Child Psychiatrists to provide outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and/or adults in a mission-driven, patient-centered setting. In this role you will perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, and manage psychotropic medications. You'll collaborate closely with therapists, psychologists, and primary care providers, leveraging strong operational and technology support for both in-person and telehealth visits. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
- Diagnose and treat mood, anxiety, psychotic, and other psychiatric disorders
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications
- Deliver care via in-person and telehealth visits in an outpatient setting
- Develop and update evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and primary care providers
- Document clinical encounters in the electronic health record accurately and timely
- Coordinate care, safety planning, and crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in case consultation, peer review, and quality initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and ethical standards
