LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Counseling Psychologist to provide evidence-based mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you will deliver individual and group psychotherapy and conduct diagnostic assessments via both in-office and telehealth appointments. You will create and manage treatment plans, maintain thorough documentation in our EHR, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
- Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office sessions in a hybrid model
- Document all clinical encounters in the EHR in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians to coordinate care
- Monitor patient progress using standardized outcome measures and adjust treatment accordingly
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings to support quality of care
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state, and professional ethical guidelines
- Engage in professional development and contribute to a culture of empowerment and quality
