Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
- Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation
- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition
- Assist with patient mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Provide support in patient hygiene and comfort
- Participate in team meetings and educational trainings
