Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient recovery and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on managing illness or injuries at home.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory policies.
