Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, coordinate and implement individualized rehab plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, and observe their effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Adhere to all facility health and safety policies and protocols.
