Floating Pool Pharmacy Technician

CenterWell Home Health seeks a Floating Pool Pharmacy Technician to support safe, accurate medication preparation for in-home patients. Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label medications under pharmacist supervision for home health patients across multiple locations
• Verify prescription information, dosage, and patient details to ensure accuracy and safety
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotating medications and supplies
• Process medication orders in pharmacy systems and maintain accurate electronic records
• Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and pharmacists to support timely medication delivery to patients' homes
• Travel between assigned sites as a floating technician, adapting to varying workflows and teams
• Follow all regulatory, safety, and HIPAA standards in handling medications and patient information
• Assist with quality checks, audits, and process improvements to enhance pharmacy operations
