Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations across the care continuum
- Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record and ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and disease management
- Support a culture of safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning
- Precept and mentor new staff and nursing students as needed
