• Schedule: 10 shifts per month
• Shift Times: 12-hour day shifts
• Shift Duration: 12 Hour Days
• Hours Per Week: Approximately 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,340 - $7,870
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days
• Openings: 3

• Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Washington medical license or compact/IMLC eligibility
• DEA registration required
• At least 1 year of relevant OB/GYN experience required
• Current CV available for submission
• Comfortable with ongoing monthly availability and in-house call coverage
• Experience with low- and high-risk pregnancies, deliveries, and surgical gynecology

• Provide in-house call coverage for obstetrics and gynecology patients
• Manage low-risk and high-risk pregnancies in an inpatient setting
• Interpret fetal heart rate monitoring, NST/CST/FSE, and OB ultrasound studies
• Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal delivery and C-section decision-making
• Manage complicated deliveries such as breech presentations, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs
• Perform repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
• Provide office-based and minor gynecology procedures such as IUD care, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
• Perform surgical gynecology procedures, including open, laparoscopic, and operative/major cases
• Deliver patient-centered care with strong clinical judgment and timely response during call coverage
