Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
- Support care plans by monitoring patient status, documenting observations, and reporting changes promptly
- Assist with clinical procedures, specimen collection, and basic diagnostic support
- Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with safety and infection-control standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care
- Promote a respectful, inclusive environment for patients and colleagues
- Participate in continuous learning, skills development, and quality improvement initiatives
