LPN

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within our Rochester, NY network. In this role, you will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support clinical procedures under RN and provider direction. You will document in the electronic health record, educate patients and families, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to patients under RN or physician supervision
• Administer medications and treatments following clinical protocols and safety standards
• Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and responses to care
• Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and care plans as part of the care team
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and required documentation
• Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
