Advance Practice Provider NP/PA

CVS Health is seeking an Advance Practice Provider NP/PA to deliver high-quality primary and urgent care in a convenient clinic setting. In this role, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan, manage chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and provide preventive services such as immunizations and health screenings. You will use EHR systems, follow evidence-based guidelines, and collaborate with pharmacists and other clinicians. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions in a retail clinic setting.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans, including follow-up and chronic disease management.
• Deliver patient education on prevention, wellness, medications, and care plans to improve outcomes.
• Document encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) to meet quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and other care team members to coordinate integrated patient care.
• Support clinic operations, including patient flow, safety protocols, and adherence to CVS Health policies and clinical guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training, and continuing education to enhance clinical practice.
• Provide immunizations, health screenings, and other preventive services as required.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and regulatory compliance for all clinical activities.
