REGISTERED NURSE

The RN will work across various units within our facilities, providing critical support in patient care management, medical procedure administration, and patient health education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a commitment to healthcare excellence and patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects or reactions.
• Record patient medical information and vital signs, update charts and patient records to reflect current findings and treatments.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
• Collaborate with physicians and diverse healthcare professionals to formulate and deliver comprehensive health care services.
• Supervise and mentor junior nurses and nursing assistants.
• Participate in professional development and research activities.
