Essentia Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients across diverse settings to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. You will design evidence-based treatment plans, provide hands-on interventions, and deliver patient and family education. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and pain management
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members for coordinated, holistic care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and clinical innovation initiatives
