Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical intervention plans to help improve or restore human motor functions and mitigate disability.
• Implement patient care programs that focus on activities and exercises meant to improve muscle strength, coordination, and mobility.
• Maintain patient records thoroughly documenting the care and treatment course.
• Prepare patient status updates and communicate these regularly to the relevant parties involved in the patient's care plan.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises.
