- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Start: Jan 1
- Shift: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No call
- Practice setting: Outpatient group (100% outpatient)
- Support staff: Rad techs, nurses, and medical assistants
- EMR: Advanced MD
- Special procedures: Dialysis access procedures (6-10/day); Catheters, Dclog, Fisagram
- Requirements: Board Certified, DEA
- License: Willing to license; will wait for license
- Credentialing timeframe: 2 weeks
