The System Support Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of information systems at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center. Responsibilities include installing and configuring computer systems, providing maintenance for hardware and software, and troubleshooting issues to ensure continuous system functionality. The technician collaborates closely with other departments to align technology solutions with organizational needs, enhancing operational efficiency and staff competency. They are also tasked with maintaining accurate documentation and training materials and providing essential training to staff on new systems and updates. The role requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously, often adjusting priorities in response to the needs of the facility and emergent IT challenges.

While the medical campus is in Crosby, Minnesota, CRMC draws market share from a much broader region in Central Minnesota. With 25 operating beds and $120 million in net patient revenues, CRMC has established itself as a key asset in the beautiful lake country of eastern Crow Wing County.
