Job Description
Quadrant Health Group is seeking a Primary Therapist Float to provide virtual and occasional on-site behavioral health services across multiple programs. In this mission-driven, tech-forward role, you will deliver individual and group therapy, complete assessments and treatment plans, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams using our digital health platform. You'll support patients across varied acuity levels, help refine virtual care workflows, and contribute feedback that improves our tools, outcomes, and patient engagement. Ideal candidates are adaptable, comfortable with technology, and passionate about patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy to patients across multiple programs as a floating clinician
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
- Deliver services via secure telehealth platforms and occasional on-site visits as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR and digital tools
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care, and other team members to support integrated care
- Monitor risk, perform safety planning, and follow crisis escalation protocols
- Engage patients using digital tools to support adherence, follow-up, and outcome tracking
- Participate in case conferences, supervision, and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Use feedback and data to improve workflows and patient engagement in the virtual care platform
- Support quality, compliance, and evidence-based practice standards across assigned programs
