Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician Opportunity Rural New Mexico 
$175/hour Flexible Scheduling W2 or 1099 Options
Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a rural New Mexico hospital as a Night Hospitalist Physician.
This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a low-volume nocturnist position with flexibility, autonomy, and strong overnight support.
Position Highlights- Compensation: Approximately $175/hour
- Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Flexible scheduling options:
- 7 on / 7 off
- 10 on / 10 off
- 14 on / 14 off
- W2 or 1099 employment options
- One-year contract
- Anticipated start date: October 1, 2026
- 12-bed inpatient unit
- Average of only 1 3 admissions per night
- Telemedicine physician support available overnight
- Family Medicine physicians may manage pediatric and OB patients
- Internal Medicine physicians welcome; pediatric telemedicine support available as needed
- No current ICU; plans underway to add a 3-bed open ICU
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong inpatient medicine experience preferred
