LCSW

Aspire Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in Central Florida, dedicated to improving mental health and supporting recovery in our community. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services, including psychotherapy and counseling, to individuals, groups, and families. You will work within a framework that strives to address mental health, substance abuse, and support for the homeless, facilitating their journey towards recovery and sustainable health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, medical staff, and external agencies to coordinate treatment and connect clients with community resources.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client sessions and progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Advocate for clients and facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development activities to remain current in the field and implement evidence-based practices in therapy.

Required Skills
