DME Orthotic Fitter/UKHC

Job Description

This position combines responsibilities of a Certified Orthotic Fitter, inventory specialist, and billing. The employee will provide exceptional customer service and clinic support while also evaluating, fitting, and modifying orthotic equipment for patients. The role ensures proper fit, comfort, and functional use of orthotic equipment to prevent complications and support patient care. This role also is critical in assuring compliance in billing, and collection of payments for these products. Certified Fitter Orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Athletic Training within 6 months of hire.

Certified Fitter Orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Athletic Training within 6 months of hire
Previous Orthotic Fitter, DME inventory management, DME billing experience preferred.
Certified Fitter Orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Athletic Training within 6 months of hire.

Schedule

Typical shift is Monday thru Friday day shifts (40 hrs/wk) Shifts, location, and days of week may vary depending on needs of the department.
