Complete Health Partners, a physician-owned practice in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist/Medical Assistant to support urgent and primary care services. In this dual role, you will perform digital radiographic imaging, room and triage patients, obtain vitals and histories, assist providers with exams and procedures, administer medications per protocol, perform CLIA-waived lab tests, and support front-desk duties as needed. You'll work in modern clinics with a collaborative, patient-centered team committed to compassionate, efficient care for the Nashville community.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality digital radiographic exams following safety and positioning protocols
- Verify patient identity, obtain histories, and document in the EHRRoom and triage patients, including vitals and chief complaint documentation
- Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
- Administer medications and injections per provider orders and protocols
- Perform CLIA-waived lab tests, specimen collection, and basic phlebotomy
- Maintain exam rooms, imaging equipment, and supplies in clean, ready condition
- Follow infection control, radiation safety, and quality assurance standards
- Support front-desk functions such as patient check-in and scheduling as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure efficient, patient-centered clinic flow
