This role is pivotal in our residential treatment facilities where you will support the implementation of personalized care plans, assist in daily living activities, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for our residents. Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, and moving around the facility.
- Monitoring patient behaviors and reporting observations to medical staff.
- Implementing treatment plans designed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment within the facility.
- Managing medication schedules and providing reminders to residents.
- Supporting a team of healthcare professionals in the administration of therapies.
- Documenting patient progress and providing updates to case managers.
