Job Description
OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide full-scope midwifery care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. You will manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care; attend births; perform women's health and gynecologic visits; and provide newborn assessments. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health, you'll help coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients and families. Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn services
- Conduct comprehensive women's health and gynecologic exams
- Attend and manage labor and deliveries in collaboration with physicians and obstetric teams
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans using evidence-based guidelines
- Educate patients and families on pregnancy, birth options, breastfeeding, and newborn care
- Document all encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate care with primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, and ancillary services
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical protocols

- Contribute to on-call coverage and shared scheduling to support patient access and continuity of care
