Substance Use Disorder Counselor

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for clients in healthcare and community settings. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for clients with substance use disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and client records
• Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and community resources
• Educate clients and families on recovery, relapse prevention, and coping skills
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and staff trainings
