Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling for clients with substance use disorders
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and client records
- Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and community resources
- Educate clients and families on recovery, relapse prevention, and coping skills
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and staff trainings
